Why are you going back to this? It moves the conversation nowhere. It forces people that agree that police should be law abiding and indifferent to race, religion, gender etc. to waste time disassociating themselves from these clowns and subsequently getting accused by your side of racism.

it’s like you’re at the 50-meter mark in a 100-meter dash. You’ve got that kind of a lead, yes, because you were born white. You have advantage that are systemically, culturally, psychologically rare. And they’ve been built up and cemented for hundreds of years.

Quick, someone inform these people of their white privilege and how good they have it!

I went back to it because it is a perfect example of how terrified people are to lose their position on top.

First thing I would change would be the people marching around with tiki torches chanting "You will not replace us"

That rally was done because people are terrified of losing their position on top. Otherwise known as white privilege.
Answer me honestly, please: do you really think the people chanting are "on top"?

That's my thing, Pop is earning points but what did he really say? What has anyone really said?

Too many people want to tell someone else what they need to do or think, when in reality they can have more of an impact by living it out in their own life.

I get the impression that people don't really want unity. I think they want separate but equal, which is so ironic it's not even funny. If they did want unity, they would stop running in racial packs and listening to people with their same view point. You will have no real change if you're not willing to change yourself, and if you're concerned more with what someone else is doing when there is so much more that you could be doing...that is a fact.

Those clowns are not on top. Seriously, they are not.

See you have me rebutting your post and it looks like I'm defending these clowns.

Nah, frick all that stupid nonsense

I work hard for what I have in life.

My forefathers worked hard, which is why the nations I'm descended from are wealthier and more successful. People sacrificed, died, and worked themselves to the bone.

I want to see one of you stupid bastards make the same "privilege" argument about another race, in another nation.

You won't, because your core values are just anti-white, and anti-Western.

I'm more tribal-minded and ethnocentric than I've been in my entire life at this point, and it is because I am sick and tired of shite like this. I will look out for me, my own family and my own people. Just like every other group does in this country.

But you are wrong. People are tired of being vilified for things they have no control over. We will NEVER move on if you continue to make white cops killing blacks a focus while ignoring the worship of a fatherless culture. At some point, you have to move on, and you have to take ownership of your shortcomings. What other country in the world offers blacks a better opportunity to be successful than America? I am not even super patriotic, and I am not a Trump supporter, I am just tired of the hypocrites on both sides who bicker over petty bullshite instead of focusing on what they can do to bring change.

Wait, I thought it meant nothing to be white

That's who Pop's comments insult. They insult people who have worked hard for what they have in life. And that includes me and my wife. We've busted our arse our entire lives. NOTHING has been given to us. NOTHING.
