This is my biggest issue with these obtuse data interpretations. They never take into account criminal history or additional charges at the time of arrest.

For instance, they'll simply look at a conviction for simple possession and will completely ignore the fact that they caught that charge in conjunction with a resisting arrest with violence charge. Therefore, they deem these people as "non-violent".

It's funny you keep saying this and yet somehow racial minorities like Indians and Asians have a higher median household income in this country than whites and first generation minorities continue to come to this country and work their asses off and have an upward mobility unprecedented in all the world.

I even personally know first generation Africans who are very successful in this country and enjoy an upper middle class lifestyle at a young age. Are you really going to argue that we treat all minorities like second class citizens or could it be more of an example of supior cultures?

Do you not see any connection between Asian And Indian cultures valuing close-knit families, education and hard work? It is now to the point where Asians are facing reverse affirmative action selection in elite schools because they are just too damn successful as an ethnic group. If anything present day millienial white culture could lead a thing or two from these groups success rate in this country.
