my point still stands.
and its not like Obama is the first President to ever have to deal with this. but now, all of sudden, 30 days to notify Congress is just unreasonable.

At this point what does it matter? When Obama gets out of office we will have had 16 years of incompetence, constitutional malfeasance, and moral decline that this country may never recover from.
