It doesn't change the fact that that ~30 million people live in those two areas. That's approaching 10% of the total population.

So what? If a cancer exists in your body and compromises the rest of it, you don't let it overtake the rest of your healthy body. You treat it. That's what the electoral college does. It let's the healthy part of the country cast out the detrimental influence of the unhealthy part.

You could give HRC all of the 8.5 million votes from those who did not vote in California this election. She would then have a 13 million popular vote margin in Cal and....

IT WON'T MAKE ANY FUKKIN DIFFERENCE

in the electoral college.
