I'm no China fan. I think Taiwan is a sovereign nation and we should be able to visit, trade, or whatever without fear of China. With that said, I'm still not sure why you would intentionally piss them off with a military fighter escort for the speaker of the house? Who, by the way, is about to lose that title anyway.
