Freeze is probably one of the strangest transitions out there due to his job at OM.
How is he any more strange than Malzahn going back to Auburn?...
I think we fired Orgeron a year too soon. The big rumor was that Ole Miss was going to the spread. Can't help but think we were going to install Freeze's offense, with Jevan Snead at quarterback
It was more about getting Nutt than getting rid of Orgeron. One of your big money guys knew...
If you don't like tRant, go somewhere else.
I do like it; just not as much as I once did. That's the point and whether or not the OP is correct in his assessment, the board has gone to crap. It's a message board and one made up of opinions. My opinion is that the board has changed. ...

re: Did Ole Miss make the right call in firing Cutcliffe in 2004 - Diamondawg
Cutcliffe wasn't cut out for the ultra-competitive SEC as a head coach. A head coach is the CEO and he was better suited as a coordinator. He wasn't committed to the recruiting grind, hence why Ole Miss was 2-star central after all of his good assistants left for the NFL and other g...
Just a bunch of kids
Maybe Chicken could do an under 30 board and an over 30 board. It would require the honor system but the first time someone on the over 30 board says something about someone's mom, they get banished to the under 30 board. ...

re: How quickly would it take Saban to win a national championship at your school? - Diamondawg
We don't have the money machine that Alabama and LSU have. Apparently, Michigan State didn't either. Not sure he would do much better than Darn Merlins. But, we will never know because it can't possibly happen....
In all seriousness, do we have any numbers on how many have been taken? I'd really like to know how it's going so far.
I have not heard how well it is going. re: New DNF Pricing vs rest of SEC - Diamondawg
Somewhat. You say "New" chairback holders pay 1500. But you can be an existing chairback holder but not the original owner but still have the pleasure of paying 1500 instead of 900. I still don't understand that + $200. We pretty much wasted our tickets this year because the weather was always so ...

re: New DNF Pricing vs rest of SEC - Diamondawg
MSU – Current Chairback holders- $290/year - $900/10 yr commitment + $200
That is only partially true. If a current chairback holder is an original owner of the seat and has had them forever, that person can get a seat in the new stadium for $900 prior to August 1. If you hold a chair...
