Yes, in my lifetime at least. He is a vile, evil man and should be thrown in a Gitmo cell and waterboarded every day for the rest of his life.

No, and it's not even close. Joe Biden might well be the lamest/dumbest Vice President. Cheney is smart and was a strong leader as VP.

I'm not really in the know to say whether he is the worst or not... Policy wise, has he done more/less than other VPs?

Now as he comes across with his smugness and self-importance/arrogance, yes, the man is a fricking a-hole. But that doesn't necessarily mean he's the worst. I don't like the man one bit, but am not in the place to make the call on being the worst.

Obama still is not as bad as LBJ. It is not even close. LBJ sent 50000 men to their death to preserve his reputation by insuring he was not as he said "the first president to lose a war". What a POS.

Obama is a terrible President. LBJ could administer government.

Democrats should distance themselves from him. He is a terrible manager. This crap going on at the border it very much similar to the post-Katrina catastrophe.

Cheney was evil and heartless just like:

Gerald Ford was a clumsy doofus even though he had two NFL contract offers to play linebacker in the NFL.

George H.W. Bush was a blathering idiot even though he was a decorated WW2 fighter pilot, ambassador to the UN, ambassador to China and director of the CIA.

George W. Bush was borderline retarted even though he went to Harvard and Yale and was a fighter pilot.

And on and on and on.

I think people get the real men confused with how the left manages to label them.

Cheney's Halliburton stock holdings were put into a blind trust the day he took office. The profits from these holdings went to the charities:

His alma mater
A program for inner city DC kids
The hospital that did his heart surgeries

Keep spilling your bullshite, though.

quote:

In one of the largest sums ever donated to charity by a U.S. public official, Vice President Dick Cheney and his wife Lynne gave away nearly $7 million last year to help the poor and to medical research. According to income tax information released by the White House on Friday, the Cheneys' adjusted gross income in 2005 was $8,819,006. The sum was largely the result of Mr. Cheney's stock options from Halliburton and royalties from three books written by Mrs. Cheney. The Cheneys gave more than three-quarters of their income - $6,869,655 - to several charities, including George Washington University's Cardiothoracic Institute and a charity for low-income high school students in the Washington, D.C. area, Capital Partners for Education.

Does every politician we don't like have to be the absolute worst? There are definitely a few who have a as good a case as he does after decades upon decades of whitewashing.

Suffice it to say he was pretty damned bad. And the fact that he's really dug in on his justifications RE: Iraq tells you what kind of person he is.

BTW you have a Link for that?
I'll try to find the link for the withdrawal agreement. It was pretty straightforward and bound Obama to the final date to withdraw all troops. Obama tried to negotiate leaving a small force in place beyond the deadline but the Iraq government declined to renegotiate.

Sure you can nominate him, but don't leave out the comedian we have in there now. Joe Biden is a piece of work.
