DOJ will not move forward with these recommendations. Kangaroo court with no legal authority.

They'll appoint a special counsel a and drag that out until the election. It's plain as day.

In a 161-page section of the panel’s larger report, which is expected to be released publicly later this week, lawmakers wrote that Trump obstructed an official proceeding of Congress with his repeated efforts to delay or deny the counting of the electoral votes on Jan. 6 that would finalize the transfer of power to then-President-elect Joe Biden.

The lawmakers wrote that Trump committed a “conspiracy to defraud the United States,” particularly when he offered to make DOJ official Jeffrey Clark acting attorney general if Clark agreed to help him push the fake electors scheme by falsely claiming the Justice Department found evidence of widespread voter fraud.

They also wrote that Trump entered into a “conspiracy to make a false statement” when he “conspired with others to submit fake electors to Congress and the National Archives.”

And for the fourth criminal referral, they wrote that Trump sought to incite, assist or aid and comfort an insurrection. “President Trump was directly responsible for summoning what became a violent mob to Washington, D.C., urging them to march to the Capitol, and then further provoking that already violent and lawless crowd with his 2:24 p.m. tweet about the vice president,” the lawmakers wrote.

I find all of this extraordinarily dangerous and reckless. They went on to indict Republican members of Congress. Extremely dangerous.

These are process misdemeanors and will expose the left in cross examination on all fronts which they will not allow. The play is over, they have had their time in the sun to try and damage Trump as best they could.

Will Trump be able to have his hair and make up done everyday in the Fed pen?

I'm pretty sure this charge falls under treason, but I'm no lawyer.

Look, everyone knows that the January 6th committee is a kangaroo court and eill be out of business in a month.

The only reason for their existence is to wreck Trump.

Unfortunately, some people don’t understand this and with the help of the media it does erode Trump’s reputation

You know damn well this will never hold up. If a tweet stating "Pence didn't have the courage" is treason we have a lot of people to hang. First amendment at a minimum will squash that bullshite.

Looks like (4) "Trumped" up referrals
1) obstruction of an official proceeding
2) conspiracy to defraud the U.S.
3) conspiracy to make a false statement
4)inciting or assisting an insurrection

So a Kangaroo Panel comes up with (4) referrals

Reps should bar all those who were on the panel from holding any Committee position....

The good news is Trump will have an opportunity to present evidence of the steal in his defense.

Discovery will be fun.

Meanwhile, Hillary and her crew are left alone (re: pushing the Russian Collusion hoax narrative, which some still believe).

A political committee created solely to submit a 100% politically based criminal referral for Donald Trump decided to submit a criminal referral on Donald Trump? I'm shocked.

Of course they will. They're the ones running this sham Smith special counsel and they haven't even gotten him out of the hospital in Europe from that cycling accident.
