A white Bosnian woman apparently lied about a violent encounter in St. Louis. She is being investigated and will likely be charged for the crime. No neighborhoods were harmed in the lying about the violent encounter.

A black male (Dorian Johnson) lied about a violent encounter with a white (police)man in Ferguson. He set off a national firestorm which practically destroyed the town of Ferguson. He is not being charged.

Irony - a literary technique, originally used in Greek tragedy, by which the full significance of a character's words or actions are clear to the audience or reader although unknown to the character.

Big Scrub is the character in this scenario.

Actually, Johnson's accounts have been shown to be quite consistent

there's no circle jerk, the vast majority of murders are intra racial...now blacks killing white happens more than the reverse, but this statistic doesn't stop with crimes...it's also true for justifiable shootings as well. justifiable shootings involving black police officers, 2/3 of the people shot are black...white cops, white people shot...2/3 again. Same holds true for citizens using lethal force.

the sad part of all of this is that the police aren't racist, people in general aren't racist, there's no conspiracy, there's no cause for racial animus.

the only thing to talk about really along racial lines is the crime problem with the black community...blacks are 7 times more likely than others to murder someone, 7 times more likely than others to be murdered by someone

the white guy made it up...ok? so...it does nothing to take away from the documented reality that crime is a bigger issue for blacks and a bigger issue among blacks than it is for white people, Asians, Hispanics, etc.

Johnson's first account said that the officer stood over Michael Brown and fired down into him while he lay face down on the pavement. That's pretty consistent with nothing.

They were wrongfully charged. Did they spend any time in jail? And the prosecutor was disbarred. How many falsely prosecuted black men will see the prosecutor disbarred for bringing charges?
