I called stupidity what it was. I am sure you know all about Jesus, too. Read the New Testament He was not above calling it like it was. Kind of hard on the Pharisees.
And ending it all up with another personal attack. Typical, I bet you are a Democrat. They love to use that tactic when the facts are not with them.

Too bad. Now I live in Mobile so I know something about this situation. I can assure you that no churches, pastors , nor the vast majority of citizens here have any intention of harming the lady in question. You gutless Atheists should get on your knees and literally thank God that you live in the USA. We Baptists are not Muslims, and do not go around issuing fatwas or beheading people that will not convert.
Wait, you want credit for not desiring to kill other people in the name of religion?
You serious?

I don't see Christians trying to personally destroy any gay people either. Demanding they be fired and their TV show removed from the air.
Lol.
Ok

Not sure what bizarre correlation you are attempting to establish, but I do not watch Bill O'Reilly or Fox News.
He's the guy that declares the "War on Christmas" every year.

DEAD serious. This thread was about someone being threatened and it insinuates Christians did it. Which is a load of garbage, and the poster knows it.

A Christian did do it. I don't believe the person in question is going to actually do anything to the girl and I think the girl is likely just a miserable all around person.
Basically, this story contains at least 2 assholes, and then the countless ones that contributed to this thread (myself included).

Pretty oversimplification of it. I personally don't care much about it, but the big issue that some atheist have is the indoctrine and public sponsorship of a religion.
Many atheist see religion as a dividing force. Personally, I think being militant further divides.
I also don't think that many Christians would have the same opinion if it was another religion's messages being posted on publicly funded buildings.

Yet you judge and insult atheists as a whole based on the actions a few.

Are atheists traveling to third world countries providing food, clean drinking water and Hope? Maybe so, but I guarantee there are more Christians doing it than atheists? Atheist seem like a self-absorbed bunch of folk.

I would hope that there are more Christians doing it than atheists since there are hundreds of millions more Christians.

I believe atheists hold their own in this regard, but that is going off of stats from a while back.

Meh. I'm not militant about it, but when it gets to harassment levels it starts to get annoying. Some fundamentalists think it is their duty to try to save my soul. I shouldn't have to deal with people in my cubicle (when I worked in one) trying to preach the gospel and worrying about my soul.
