I was Pro-Obama his first term. Didnt like the GOP platform or candidates. Didnt like Romney either.

Soured on Obama the last term with his Syrian red line, all the snubs from the international community. no respect for him. PLus It became clear they wanted to make the US a version of Europe with no borders and a country full of immigrants to ensure more democratic votes, with no true security. And i fricking hate that "Merry CHristmas" offends people.

I will say i still believe in climate change, and the GOP will have to adopt it at some point, but right now unfricking the US from Obama and restoring a sense of nationalism and MAGA is more important.

As a teenager. I voted for Dr. Paul during the 2008 primaries and then Obama for the main election (sorry). About a year after that Dr. Paul uped my red pill dosage.

Yes. I voted for Clinton in 1992. I voted for Dole in 1996. My opinions changed around the age of 25.

Yes.

I was a non-violent radical left winger and a member of the local chapter of SDS at UGA.

I joined the other side when the Weather Underground began their violent nonsense and when I realized the Democratic Party was becoming a women/minority/homosexual party that didn't give a shite about white heterosexual men.

It was one of the best decisions I ever made.

No. I was staunchly conservative when I was a teenager. I'm probably a little more liberal now (meaning I'm ok with weed legalization and gay marriage) but I'll never be liberal on the economy, foreign policy, abortion, or the SJW crap.

Or: I wish I had written this. Many of my friends call be a liberal.

ETA: liberal on social issues, fiscal conservative. More Libertarian than anything.

I'm probably more liberal than I've ever been, honestly.

Which is to say not very. But I support public lands, modest and non obstructive pro environmental policy, avoiding unnecessary infusion of religion into government, and have no opposition to gay marriage.

Growing up in the northeast slightly liberal lean, but tried to be in the middle. After moving down here 5 years ago I've trended more right. What I keep telling people in the northeast is what works up there doesn't work down here and vice versa. They just don't get it

Very liberal socially... drugs, gay marriage, abortuon(in early term only), other personal decisions that should not be restricted based on someone else's religious views. I don't follow a religion and damn sure don't wanna live by the rule of yours.

Very conservative relative to fiscal policy, immigration, welfare, foreign policy. Only exception is bank regulation because obviously those mother frickers cannot be trusted not to single handedly ruin the economy.

Yes....kinda.
I was pro abortion.

I was never into rabid feminism or wealth redistribution though.

Haha... yeah the Dems wanted to go too far.

Im convinced this country will be at its best with a healthy mix from both left and right. Too much left scared the hell out of me, and looking at these protesters, its not hard to see why.

I lean "left" on some issues involving the environment. Besides that, no. In school they had me seeing more issues from the lefts POV and I had a bit more sympathy. Now, I can't tolerate degenerates and the Marxists must be eliminated. Just a good American

No. I was always a conservative. I became a libertarian after college after years of study and discussion with smart colleagues outside of the classroom setting.
