The Chuck vs. Cecil question got me thinking, what is the greatest individual performance I've seen in Tiger Stadium.

The two that come to mind for me are Cecil vs. Auburn and (unfortunately) Alexander running for 2 miles against our D.

Personally, this would be number 1.

You could consider what Alley B. did in Tiger Stadium a few years ago as one.

JaMarcus Russell, 2006 vs. Miss. State

13-14, 272 yards and 3 TDs in the first half.

finished the game 18-20, 330 yards and 3 TDs.

that was a great performance.

Ditto.

Honorable Mentions (that I've seen): Wendell Davis, Todd Kinchen, Eddie Kennison, Michael Brooks, Cedric Donaldson, Alan Faneca

I don't call throwing a 4 yd pass 20 times in a row "setting the world on fire". Our defense was tired and giving short yardage to keep them in front of us. Clausen's performance wouldn't make my top 50.

the fact that a scrub like him led the vols to victory in a game that we completely dominated is pretty impressive

Sammy Martin against A&M in '86.

Or is it just that one run I remember so well.
