Why is the uniform underwear? None of the "ladies" at breastaurants are in their undies...revealing uniforms, but not actual undergarments.

You must not see the photos from Twin Peaks during Victoria's Secret week, lingerie week, Valentine's Day, etc.
They have several occasions throughout the year where the girls wear their actual panties.
I don't agree with it on males or females. Put them in a skimpy outfit and call it a day.
I also wonder how successful this restaurant will do. The quality at Twin Peaks and Hooters is pretty low once the newness dies down. I can't imagine what "low quality" at this place means. Scrawny shirtless dudes? Weird
