I've had two catahoulas over the years. Maxine and Justine were their names. So....that's my vote.

Bourré & Mirepoix are good old school type Louisiana dog names. Whatever you choose...Its important to have two non similar sounding names so they can easly know who is getting the commands.

I like Roxie, not Louisiana, or hunting related, but it just sounds like a tough girls name. Thats what i wanted to name my female, but got outvoted.
Other names I like, Elli - short for benelli, Fran - short for St. Francisville, Toula - Ponchatoula
I've met a dog named delta, I thought that name was cool.
River and Bayou would be cool to go together.

I have a Catahoula and I named her Grits. I think the name fits their look perfectly. Feel free to use it if you like
