Same!

Lunch is my "big meal" (in quotations because I don't eat normal people portions anyway). I am starving when it gets close too.

Oddly, I am usually hungry after work, but by the time I start trying to eat, I'm full after 2 bites. Beer for dinner, generally.

You don't have to but it is an easy and effective way to lose weight.

Still under 10% year round in my forties.

I've never counted calories or grams of anything off of a label in my life.

I use MyFitnessPal on and off. Back on it right now. I don't limit myself too badly. If I'm going to a nice dinner, I'm not going to waste my time at a good restaurant ordering a boring salad or piece of chicken. But I try to eat well during the week.

I don't "count", but I use it just to keep track of things I may not realize are as bad as they are.

I'm still tiny enough to where people tell me I'm tiny, but I no longer feel as confident in a swimsuit as I did 5 years ago

I was talking about Sugar:Fiber ratio. The Kashi Go Lean is 8:13; food considered low glycemic are 1:1; and on average most foods are 12:1.

In other words, for a breakfast cereal, you aren't going to find a much better nutritional value.

You think a 4-6 pack is under 12%?

I don't eat carbs or sugar. My body can't handle them. At first it was really hard, but I don't stay hungry now. I am assuming because of the extra protien.

Why is that funny? He said he probably overestimated, Regardless, 12% is considered in the "athlete" range. It's pretty reasonable, depending on the location of the fat, to have a 4 pack with that percentage.

I'd like too place an order.

A 25 to start, a couple of 30s, and one 35for when things get rougher.

Gonna need you to help me out nurse.

Not sure I'll ever make quite that low. It'll take a while. My weight loss has stalled but I'm still seeing progress in my measurements and in the mirror.

I was at 21% right before my wedding.

I'm right at 25% right now, def not content with that though so working on it. 21% was more ideal for my frame.
