Don't keep track of fat.

Just protein and calories.

I keep fat in the moderate to high range tho, I'm guessing;. Eat a lot of steak and avocado

Definitely not needed though. Multiple ways to drop weight.

For fatties, it's easier to maintain a calorie deficit while being low carb due to stabilized insulin levels and less cravings.

I'm a recovering fat kid, and my current daily macros are 135g fat, 160g protein, 25g carbs, ~1955 cals.

I've never counted calories or grams of anything off of a label in my life.

25 g seems really low. I'm not a professional, but I would assume 100g per day minimum.

Because rice and quinoa are bland as fuk. Inb4 I love quinoa with hot sauce. (Lol, no you don't)

I'd rather eat sushi or nutella.

Quinoa is flavorless, yes. That's why I season it. You can make it taste however you like.

I'm talking sushi buffets. Like all consuming 2000-2500 sessions after a day long fast.

I've actually recently been thinking about human breast milk and blood as choices for calories.

I'm enjoying the benefits of being ketogenic (my body is adapted to using fat as its primary fuel). 100g won't get me there.

Most former fat kids have low T. It's not insulin.

Look at posters like hulkllogan. That kid has been dieting for years and is still on sumo time.

I'd encourage all former fatties to get thier T levels checked

besides going a lot less frequently, I haven't had any issues. But it's important to supplement chelated magnesium and get additional sodium and potassium in the diet.

You have signs (no hate) but I'd be curious to know your results if you ever did
