I'm actually probably over estimating. I've been cutting for a month. I'm in the 4-6 pack range. Shredded arms, legs, just need to lose the weight in the lower ab region
Nomsaying?

Fn lol daily at these bro scientists who believe they need to "cut carbs" to lose weight.

BRB eating sushi for dinner
BRB eating pop tarts for late night snack
BRB eating burgers for lunch
BRB eating cereal for breakfast

Still under 12% year round.

Pls check in everyone.

Why don't you want to eat like our ancient ancestors who lived until they were 25? It's so healthy!!!

A well made burger with lean meat is one of the most well rounded foods an individual can consume.

Or one with fatty meat and half the bun to get an even more rounded meal.

I eat healthy, but it works for me. I have a 6-pack. If you can eat Burger King everyday and stay shredded, then I applaud you.

I'm not thin. I've been lifting hard for 5-6 years now. 4-6x per week.

My maintenance is 3000-3500 calories and eating below that is never a problem.

BRB toasting a pop tart. 200 calories of mouth watering deliciousness

kashi is actually really shitty nutritionally. A metric frickton of sugar.
Their GoLean cereal (taste like cardboard) has 13 grams of fiber and 13 grams of protein per serving compared to 8 grams of sugar. I would say that's pretty healthy. I add some good tasting protein powder (for taste and protein) and it's a pretty healthy breakfast.

3 double cheese burgers. Throw out all buns. One ice cream cone

700-800 calories. How is that gonna make me (or anyone) fat?

I just don't really care for cereal, but I will steal a bowl of Cap'N Crunch All Berries when I am in a rush.
