let me talk to his agent ... He is now represented by one of the best agencies in the country and will no doubt benefit from it, so good for the big fella. I can possibly put him at Red Star or the side bar at Chelseas.

big timer! high road is awesome. sidebar chelseas show would be great. red star was a bit noisy the last time around. my personal observation anyways.

noted ..... it might be a memorial day weekend show. I always liked doing Sunday night shows on three day holidays.
Will have an update this afternoon. And additionally i am taking submissions for the new name of my spot at 1638 Clio. I hated the Beatnik (was not my creation) and M+W seemed to create such polarizing opinions. The winning name gets free shows and drinks as long as I dick around in the music biz

He is playing a SXSW showcase next Thursday and that happens to be my one day off during SX. So stoked to see him again. American Aquarium is playing that same showcase so I'm looking forward to a great day.
