We have several crawfish boils within my family and friends groups. Each time, someone wants to make a dessert which got us talking about the best post crawfish boil desserts.

Personally, I like a key lime pie. Something about the citrus after all of that salt is just perfect to me.
What is your favorite or go-to?

Biggest hit for me has been homemade ice cream sandwiches. The dairy cools any lingering tongue-burn, and you eat 'em w/your hands, just like the rest of the crawfish boil. I like the combo of oversized ginger/molasses cookies with a lemon sherbert or chocolate chip cookies w/a good quality french vanilla ice cream.

Strawberry Cake is the greatest of all time after a boil.

A big banana pudding with wafers and whipped cream would be nice.

This sounds like a wonderful idea. we'll definitely try this next boil.

My fault; I thought that went without saying.

I've always found that if you can eat desert, you haven't eaten enough crawfish.
