Back in the day, every camp trip Josey and I made did not commence without a heaping pan of dem beams. I've got a pic of him standing on the porch at Priceless with a soup ladle running through the pan for a late night snack. I wore a cowboy hat, bikini briefs, lacrosse boots, and a watch that evening.

My wife made spaghetti squash and turkey meatballs

Meatballs were good but I'm not requesting the spaghetti squash anytime soon

what didn't you like about it? I thought the downfall of the one we made on Sunday was the wet / mushy texture. it wasn't full-on Gerber but it was pretty close.

Yep.

Next time, I will make sure to only make sauce and pair it how I see fit each time I eat it.

Leftover squashy noodles are weird!

My personal preference is roasting squash, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, etc. until crispy and pouring the marinara on that.

Lightly salt them in a strainer for 30 minutes. Texture is gone bye bye.
