I am very worried about them pulling the water out and dropping the lake. I have been screwed like this before. I hope it doesn't drop out too fast.

I don't know if I should just try and kill them or save fish for the LOBI.

Well if you see a short fat guy fishing in an older red and white Triton TR21 come hollar at me.

I'll have my son with me for the LOBI.

Ill be in a blue/silver G3.

Waiting to hear the final numbers from TOBI.

I hope we can get on some good fish next week. It seems that the stars are aligning, but we do have a slight temp dip on Wednesday throughout Saturday.

If any of y'all are fishing near palo gaucho for the lobi, y'all should try the cove that my family lake house is in. I've seen a lot of boats pulling in 3's and 4's. Want to say the buoy mark is palo gaucho 19 but not sure. It will be on right hand side a few buoys down from alpine marina before the bridge if you're coming from the main lake. Good luck out there

I have a buddy that fishes there so I stay out of his area. They had 20lbs the last day of the TOBI, not sure where the caught them though.

It's a solid fishing area. The water was extremely muddy 2 weeks ago and doubt it has changed with all of the rain. I'll be out there this coming up weekend since the crappie are starting to move in

Toledo Bend trip. Go to the Toledo Lunker Program page... there was 5 weighed in...

Thanks for clarifying.
I got the news from someone there and no way to dispute what the other guy posted.
I try to be as honest as possible when giving reports and give as much info as I can.

Catch what you can because the guides and other tournament fishermen are.
Unless you have a secret spot that no one knows about.

I had a place like this up until 3 or 4 years ago. Now every time I go in there I see more and more people. Last year there were 15 boats in the creek, when I first started fishing in there I would see maybe two or three. My only spots I still have that I don't see people are my night holes in the summer.

Just gonna have to see how it goes.
