On R panel roof systems that have fastener problems after several years, there are options. We install quite a bit of elastomeric coatings over existing metal roofs, and can get a 15 or 20 year warranty. Mule Hide and GAF Topcoat. Sort of like a bed liner coating....

You can deck it with 5/8 plywood, install TPO. TPO comes in 10' wide rolls, so there would be no laps. You would need an edge metal with a flange on top to strip in. But you would be good for years. Don't install metal panels with no slope....

Usually you have to take the classification test, which would be horticulture. Then you have to take the business law test. I'm licensed in construction, but the process should be the same. There are practice courses you can take to prepare....

We go once or twice a year, we find a house to rent that has a dock. Usually catch some flounders around the dock, and hang crab traps off the dock. Then go on a half day trip or two with Herk Bergeron, Pair a Dice charters....

Bandit 300's, braid that equals 6lb mono. Look up bandit or Arkie depth conversion. Usually if you troll about 2.5 mph, let out about 50 ft of line, you will be fishing about 14-15 ft. deep. Find the depth of fish, let out line accordingly. Cranks ain't cheap, you will want braid....

No, I just pull cranks, some guys push cranks (weighted), but I don't like all that weight. I just let out a lot of line and pull them. It will spoil you....
