re: Question about metal sheds - MTG325
I had a 30x30 built last year. Slab, garage door and one regular door. We use it for a sheet metal shop, and have no complaints. I'm in Bossier and used Ark La Tex. Around $13,000...

re: Talking tractors and batwing clippers - MTG325
Never ran a scag, but this chopper is about 7 yrs old and still runs great, had no real problems since new, except normal stuff. I hear there are some other good brands out there, but until this one is worn out, I'm sticking with it....

re: Talking tractors and batwing clippers - MTG325
Those fast zero turns wont cut fast at all unless you keep up. I have a Dixie chopper which mows pretty fast, if you mow each week. If grass gets up a little bit, you have to go full throttle but half as fast. And only good for smooth groomed stuff....

re: What is the best method to combat motion sickness when deep sea fishing? - MTG325
Last time I went, partied till 1:30am, got up at 4:00am still drunk. Started puking on way out, dry heaved all day until we got back. Would have rather had the flu, it was horrible. Had to hand off a cobia a few times to puke. Been sticking to specs & reds since then....

re: Worst Day on Toledo Bend Ever - MTG325
I tried everything, only bait I could get a bite on was a Carolina rigged baby brush hog, I shortened the leader to about 10" Water was falling, could have been part of the problem, also blue bird days suck, and pollen everywhere. Biggest problem was probably pressure, a lake that big and you can...

re: Worst Day on Toledo Bend Ever - MTG325
We left 4:00 am Tuesday morn, fished main lake buck brush & grass out of Patroon. Baby brush hogs, spinner baits, rogues, chug bugs, not a bite. Finally caught 1st fish at 1:00 pm, had 5 by 2:00 pm, then not another bite. Wednesday morning did not have a bite by 11:00, we counted 15 boats in our ...

re: OB opinion on Chevy Silverado LTZ? - MTG325
I bought a new 2014 about 2 months ago, crew, loaded. It burnt to the ground in Albertsons parking lot somehow, while grocery shopping, insurance company totaled it. Made one payment, rumor is there are more catching fire, started under the truck, around the spare tire area. I have a 2013 crew Ra...

re: Bass fishing trip to Mexico - MTG325
We used to go to Lake Guererro and San Lorenzo a few times a year, this was over 10 years ago. We would bring the motor home and 3 trucks pulling boats, stay a week. We had a chest freezer we ran on a generator and froze all filets before the trip home. We'd bring our own gas too, gas down there is ...

re: One of my top 5 worst duck hunts - MTG325
I had to jump in. Last week of season, around 2001, me and two brothers, our impoundment was frozen, boat was breaking ice on the way in, white capping on the way out. Once we realized there were no ducks, we fired up the coleman cooker. Somehow during the bacon frying, the blind caught on fire. We a...
