but just going to say, about once a month i will eat a 22-24oz steak and potato in one sitting like it isnt nothing. Im 5'6" 150lbs i dont know this guy but eating a 24oz steak isnt really that hard.

Of course. I ate a 32oz ribeye a Vidrine's a few months ago and drank beer (the steak sucked). That wasnt my point. I was getting at the fact that it's not normal and not attainable to do that on a daily basis. Anyone that says they eat 24 oz of red meat for lunch daily, is full of shite.

On a tangent, that's pretty impressive for a smaller fella.

24oz steak is nothing to eat broken over 2 meals in 4 to 5 hours time.

And yea i was talking down to you. When i do IF, i eat 2 lbs of lean ground beef in a 4 hour period. Maybe i am different because i learned a long time ago not to snack if i want to have any sort of appetite.

Also like capt said, i dont eat carbs until i have completed my protein intake for the day when eating to gain weight. Right now i am low carbing so i essentially dont eat any carbs.

Also for those complaining about how hard it is, get some micellar casien protein and in the middle of the night when you wake to take a piss, have a 100g protein shake made and just down it then. Easy way to gain weight and most people drink enough water to piss pretty much every night.
