A number of us truly thought don's was awful. There's been moments when we threw away 2-3 pounds of dons. Billy's or Best Stop would be empty in a matter of minutes

i love dons for just boudin.

but if we are talking cracklins, billy's blows them out the water, and their fried boudin ball stuffed with pepperjack is the best thing on earth

Go on Thursdays and get the Juicy Lucy.

Best burger in the city.

Man, the problem with Billy's is that their cracklins are cold every time I get them. When you do get a hot batch, they're amazing.

Billy's had fifty people in line last Saturday. While waiting, I heard a lively discussion concerning this problem: what is 7 times 8.

One side advanced the case for 52. The other swore it was 61.

That sounds like the Billy's crowd. I was in that long arse line once, grabbed a pack of their marinated duck. Holy shite that stuff was good.

Anyone that doesn't want any Don's boudin in the office, let me know and I will drive out to Laffy and take it off your hands.

Herbert's in Maurice has fantastic stuffed chickens but AWFUL boudin. It's the color and flavor of drilling mud, with a consistency and approximate temperature of molten lava. Terrible.

Here's a homeboy shoutout to my boudin of origin, the first that ever blessed my tongue: Old Ray's in Opelousas.

Nunus has a lot of good stuff. If you want to BBQ, stop by that place.

Ever tried the boudin available at the store in the Crawfish Town parking lot in Henderson? Atrocious - no seasoning whatsoever.
