Will do, Ro. I've heard that's not going to happen and they just made a very limited amount for draft. I'll keep my eyes peeled though. I think you'd love it. Huge nose, bright fresh hops with chewy cat piss thrown in. Minimal bitterness.

I've made many IPA's, saisons, stouts, etc...

This is my first attempt at a brown ale. The down side, my pc battery died and I don't have access to use my brewing program. However, this is my 25th batch of Homebrew, I believe I've done it enough to wing it accurately. Time will tell.

FBD was a mosaic while prepping for brew day. SBD is a fresh Sweetwater IPA.

Can't say I've ever seen a fermemter in a bucket of ice on bottling day. Was it crash cooled and you just wanted to keep it cold going in to the bottles?

And the award for Best Out-of-State Hoppy Currently Available in Louisiana at a Reasonable Price goes to...

Hop Stoopid. (Didn't bring the bottle with me on our walk with Millie the Dog)

Sorry, Endeavour, maybe next time.

Just so I'm not the only homebrewer not doing something, FBD while making a saison/Brett starter for next weekend.

I used my burner to season my new jambalaya pot while drinking homebrew
Does that count?

Cold crash... Don't have a temp controller ferm chamber so I put the fermenter in ice chest full of ice a few days before. Gets down in the 30s pretty easy

No need to warm it back up before bottling....
