For those that didn't grow up with glasses, at what age did you start wearing th

Started having headaches and seeing floaters. Got eye exam and found out I was a lil bit near sighted. Don't have to wear them all the time though.

Where does the growing up part start?

I got glasses and contacts at 13.

Around 18 I started needing them on the computer and sometimes while driving. I'm 23 now and it's getting to the point where I wear them most of the time.

Wore contacts in high school because of sports. I didn't get them until I was in 10 grade though. Freshman year of college I got a pair of glasses and threw the contacts away. So much less maintenance, and I could care less what other's think of me wearing glasses.

This thread, like most others on the OT asking a question, will be filled with people boasting about how they don't need whatever the original question was asked about.

18. i wear em in class and when im playing xbox (have to squint to read the small text for madden plays and shite when im sitting far from TV)
