This is not bad for a quick inexpensive meal. Made some rice and steamed some broccoli and it was aight.

It tasted pretty good I thought, and I bought it for days like yesterday.

12 hour work day, cold as a Montana well digger's butt, unsure when son home from soccer practice, etc.

There are supposedly three five ounce portions in that fifteen ounce box. If you consumed the whole thing, you've already overshot your recommended daily allowance in salt.

This is why I leave those things alone regardless of taste. Big ol salt bomb.

Don't get me wrong. After a couple drinks I could probably destroy that that without a second thought, but for the most part I try and stay away from those refrigerated meat concoctions.
