what do yo do for low back pain?

I've been having lower back pain for 10 days, been taking Aleve and using heating pad, along with that
it feels like my groin muscle is pulled also

If it is hurting for 10 days you need to go see a Dr. Did you do something to hurt it recently?

Stretching. Light yoga. Build up your back exercises over the next 10-12 months.

Stretching. I'll get major pains from time to time when I sit poorly at work. Lots of stretching, some yoga poses I found online really help.

You are supposed to ice new injuries. I have a thing that goes in the freezer then you strap it on. Heat causes inflammation. Cold reduces it

You could try those new tens pads I think Shaq is marketing.

Mostly I just deal with it and take advil
