Shea Junior highlights

My gosh he has such command at the position. Even in highlights other qbs just don't show to possess this much confidence in running the show. This guy is unbelievable.

Yeah, at this point he'd be tough to lose.

It's so incredibly natural for him.

To me, he would be the biggest commit to LSU since Miles has been at LSU. That's saying so much I know.

This kid will become a La legend if he comes to LSU.

Agreed and thanks for the video link. He's very poised. How tall is he?

Please exercise caution when going all in on HS QB from film. I trust the coaches in evaluating the talent more than a highlight reel now. I can show you a local QB who has a really good Hudl Junior highlight that compares to that and he is not even ranked on the services.

After watching Jennings this year I learned that anyone can throw over the top of the coverage from time to time but you make your living in CFB over the middle which is where we sucked this year.

I still believe Patterson is top drawer but that video only showed me athleticism. No slants, no back-shoulders, no crossing routes which are really hard to find in HS ball anyway. Mostly just threw the ball over the defense.

Like I said I still believe is a high target for us given what we have now.

Watching him live the last 2 years, Brock Berlin is the 1st name that comes to mind. Very calm and poised throughout the game. Never seems to get flustered. He's not going 80 yards untouched, but more than enough athleticism to pick up first downs when receivers aren't open.

Can verify that Cam Cameron was at Calvary today. Talked to Shea and coaches. Did not work out for him. I'm sure he'll be back, along with the rest of them, a lot more.

Like didn't "work out" for him or it didn't go well?

Did not "work out" for him on the field. He did "work out" for Ole Miss and Oklahoma earlier this week.

Those highlights were unreal. I kept finding myself wondering why those college players were so small.

No need to work out. Cameron knows what he can do...

I hope cam is on his game with this recruit. This is the difference in being in the playoffs for the next 3 years and losing 3 games in the west.

Not to be a Debbie downer, but does anyone else have serious concerns about his arm strength downfield? Seems to be his biggest weakness. The most succesful QBs in this offense are the Mett/Flacco type that can sling the ball downfield. Shea certainly has everything else you look for.

Mett threw a ton of slants and 10-15 yard back shoulders throws
