So a 2.6 lb. White Crappie makes the Louisiana top 10 record list?

I've eaten a few of those after I took a hundred pictures. Next time, I am getting on that list.

I've got one mounted that was 2-12 oz. on Boga. It was the biggest of 10 or so we caught well over 2# at TB. Never even thought about it being big enough.

Hell I've eaten a 3 pounder. Surely people just aren't paying attention.

You might have eaten a record fish dummy.

Well I"m in AR so it would take a bit more for us here. 5lb on blacks and 4lb 7oz on whites.

I'm pretty sure I watched my brother throw back a world record ozark bass one time. I told him to hold on to it because I was pretty sure the state record was pretty light. Turns out you only have to hit one pound that fish. I pulled up the record when we got to the truck and watched his face turn green.

It's crazy that you've eaten a sacalait that would be a possible record breaker in Louisiana.

BTW, I wanna go fishing with you.

I turned a redfish loose a few years ago that would have been really close to the Alabama state record because I thought I read somewhere that the state record was 90 pounds. I realize how foolish that sounds now.

I've never weighed one, ever. May buy a scale for the boat. How long is a 2.5 lber?

Oh, and Clyde, you posted the wrong kind.

so 10 people in here have eaten record fishies..... Something smells fishy with all these "fish" stories.
