Wow. This will only hurt the Cowboys in the long run.

He owes Stephen a debt of gratitude.

What was their signature move this season?

Is this just a belated award for taking 3 years to build a good O-Line?

Totally agree with the Arians pick.

Is this Arians 3rd year in a row winning it? If not it should be.

Ummmm.......

Isn't their cap situation still a ticking time bomb or did I miss something?

Over The Cap has them at about 13 million under the 2015 salary cap at the moment. It's the lowest amount in the NFC East but it's much better than the last few years.

And I give all the credit of that to Mr. Jones. I mean Stephen Jones btw.

He wanted Manziel and had to be talked out of it. He does not deserve this award.

Stevie is the one who screwed it up initially.

The Cowboys are actually in very good shape with the cap, surprisingly.

That's interesting wasn't it last offseason that I read a big article on Grantland acting like they were in a totally perilous situation? It might've been two offseasons ago but still

I might have to start trusting Grantland a little less if that was all horseshite

As much as it pains me, I can't think of an obviously better alternative. Maybe Ozzie Newsome? Had to replace two of his signature offensive players on the fly, bringing in Steve Smith paid off, CJ Mosley was a good fit.

Most people don't understand how the salary cap works. Even some people who work in that profession don't understand it.

Dallas is in great shape with the cap. 13M under as of today. And if they cut Brandon Carr and Henry Melton after June 1st it saves them an additional 20M against the cap. Leaving them 33M under the cap for the offseason

And I believe they are the 2nd youngest team in the NFL. Well deserved for Jerry
