Damn refs robbed the Neb OT of a TD.

Tackle was ineligible, but caught an OBVIOUS backwards pass and ran it in.
Ref that through the flag was 8 yards up-field and ran back to throw the flag.
They even reviewed it and the replay clearly showed the pass was backwards.
Yet, they fricked up that call too.
Damn shame.

I'm wondering why he was ineligible ? A 70s number used to be a legal receiver and he was on the end of the line with no other receiver covering him up

In college players with numbers between 50 and 79 are ineligible.
If they put a tight end in the same spot the big man was the tight end would have been eligible.

Video replay was pretty clear. At least a one yard lateral.

From the angle the camera was at, it was not obvious it was a backwards pass. The camera angle can be deceiving. Id want to see a camera angle of straight down the line.
