Samsung TV App Store

Buy a brand new Samsung tv and the app store refuses to work. Ive updated to the latest software, hard reset the tv and still nothing works. Amazing im going to have to go spend more to get a firestick to actually watch something on this thing.
Is this a regular issue?...

I upgraded my old Linksys Velop to Velop 7 and none of my tvs, nor sonos would connect to it. So went with Eero and havent had any issues. ...
