Which NFL team does he flirt with next year? I'll say NYG.

Too young for that kinda talk. Also, dude is a bigger job-hopper than Kiffin.

Harbaugh will leave Michigan before his contract is up for the LA Raiders.

8 mil per year...most coaches would coach at Princeton for that kind of money.

49er anthony davis has confirmed it

All signs point to Michigan, but somebody else reported that Harbaugh never specifically told 49er players his next move. Anthony Davis likely doesn't know much more than the people on this board know

As we speak, Urbs is already negative recruiting UM with '16 prospects telling them Harbaugh will only be there 3 years before he jumps back to the NFL.

Good.

Adam Schefter just said Michigan is the frontrunner for Harbaugh, but it is not a done deal yet. He said the 49ers still have to work out his release, and there are several NFL teams waiting to talk to him like the Raiders and the Jets if that release actually takes place

Most likely the NFL guys trying to cover their tracks, as up until a week ago they said Harbaugh would definitely not go back to college. Now that it's looking that way, they need to make it look like it was more of a battle for him than it really was.

Many ready to ticket Jim Harbaugh to Michigan. It very well might turn out right. But one source last night: "No agreement. No deal done."

Huge get for UM but even better for the Big Ten. They are about to become a legitimate conference again. Elite coaches at it's two premier programs, Franklin at PSU tearing up recruiting, Dantonio at MSU, Riley is a solid hire at Nebraska. They finally have good coaches and recruiters at their name programs.

Schefter is THE NFL mouthpiece. He is charged with making the NFL seem to be the ultimate option, when for many it is not

um, JH only goes there bc its his alma mater

its not like UM was going to bring in a home-run hire, otherwise.

good for them (potentially) but lets not act like super bowl winning coaches are begging to coach in ann arbor michigan (just lol)

He is a Michigan grad too so he probably has decent connections on this story.

That's sort of my point. It takes a big time job to offer that kind of money. Seems like a lot of people here have very short memories. This is MICHIGAN we're talking about. Few names mean more than that one in college football.

No but being the winningest program of all time and one of college football's blue bloods does mean something, believe it or not.
