I'm here right now for my first time at any Nobu restaurant. I've been wanting to try this place for a while now. All I have to say is WOW. I've gone through every section of the menu. Cold dishes, hot dishes, sushi, sashimi, you name it. This place is very impressive. The food is unbelievable, our waitress is the shite, and I'm also officially broke I'm pretty sure. Don't even care though. So worth it

That's some of the pics. My sister has the rest. I'll try and get them later

We spent $1000. Five people
Disclosure: we drank like 4-5 bottles of wine. So factor that in

Nobu Matsuhisa knows what in the hell he's doing. He also has a small restaurant in Aspen that uses his last name, and it is just as good...and just as expensive.

Two of the people at the table were very reserved about eating food prepared the way it is at Nobu , and they both left blown away. The waitress was awesome at talking them into trying all of the sashimi and what not which was cool.

The Black Cod dish is called misozuke and we used to make it in our restaurant. It's marinated for three days in sugar, mirin and sake, then broiled and is one of my favorite dishes of all time. I can't find Sablefish (Black Cod) anywhere in BR. I order this dish every time I visit home.

Your dinner looks outstanding.

The black cod was the table favorite. I need to get the pics of the rest of the food. That's only about half.

$200 a head for a bottle of wine each isn't really jaw dropping expensive.

The black cod with miso is the best fish dish I have ever had, and it isn't even close.

I've had the black cod as well and it was amazing. The one you forgot is shitake mushroom I think
