Killed 20 off baptiste Colette. Went in blind this am and had a bad set up. Moved and then got on them. I know my plan for tomorrow. Mixed bag: teal, spoonies, dos Gris, greys.

I tell you where to go and you decide to hunt community hole? Dumbass I've never seen this many birds down here, and that's 2 decades worth. All greys yesterday. Today made it quick and shot teal, pintails, cans, greys and GW teal today. Buddy has a 1.5 yo jammed up dog, was a joy to watch him work. He's curled up getting much needed rest. We were done before 9.

It is absolutely up to the billing. Even ran across a huge wad of mallards yesterday. Sprigs didn't start working good until 8, but with Thunder and laser light show in distance we decided to fill limit and get out of dodge, but with a little time someone could make a photo worthy strap. You can definitely pick out drakes. We passed on a ton of low flying birds thinking the were scaup or ringnecks

I don't know you from duck hunting, but as you continued to pump it up and one of my frat brothers who's had a lease there since the 80s kept saying he's never seen birds like this I was intrigued. There are birds in places I've never seen them and not just a few. Huge concentrations

All of the people naming places in Venice in this thread will be the same ones bitching when there's more ducks than people down there. People can't just shoot ducks and be happy, they have to brag about it on the Internet
