popeyes red beans and rice what sup with the rice being on top of the beans

chicken is good but red beans and rice they put the rice on top of the beans and it aint even mixed i need 2 spoons one to mix it and one to eat it lol seen like that wastes money right there

i dont know they should probably not put the beans on top of the rice but maybe they should put the rice on top of the beans because i dont like having to mix it or periods big run on sentence is run on lol

Why can't you just mix it AND eat it with the same spoon?
They put the rice in first, then the beans on top. If the rice sat in the beans it would get all soggy. I would ask if you are retarded but I see you're from Arkansas...

I realize being from Arkansas is a down fall. Sorry that mixing red beans and rice is a difficult thing for you....

That does not bother me. What bothers me is the tiny amount of red beans and rice they put in the already small container. You can eat the serving in four spoonfuls. At least that what they do at Staring.

I went HAM on some beans last night at St. Charles Tavern. I had written this place off a while back, but decided to give it another shot. I was craving beans. The fish was cooked perfectly. It was a little pricey at $13, but I'd order it again.

wow you really have some big problems. Stirring up food you can get in under 1 minute delivered right to your car is one of life biggest hardships.

Al's momma was a big believer in beans first and then rice just like with her gumbo. Like most god Louisiana boys, he learned every rice on the beans trick he ever knew from his momma.
I'd recommend you go to some other chicken place for your red beans and rice. Shirley, someone else puts the rice in first.
My belief is that you will find every Popeye's store in America puts the beans in first and the rice on top, just like Al's momma said he should do it.
Must be tough living in Arkansas, where the rice goes into the Styrofoam cup first followed by beans and folks intermarry with their sisters over so many generations that they lose the ability to understand and accept the beans under rice serving method.
