Took 10 years but finally got my wife to go hunting with me. We had our youngest son in the box with us. Spooked 2 does early, then a small 6 pt stepped out. Passed on small buck and the wife made a perfect shot on a doe that stepped out just after the buck. I've never been so nervous in my life, it was awesome!

Man you effed up. Make that first hunt a cold and rainy one so she never wants to go again.

Why would someone want that? Let her go shopping so she leaves you alone.

Well, after we got home she said, "Now I know why you want to go all the time, that was awesome". I'm gonna say there is less bitching about hunting in my future.

I am kind of with KR on this. My wife complained about being cold, her runny nose, the mud, couldn't sit still had to go pee, and any other thing that bothered her the 2 or 3 times I have taken her.

I want one that doesnt mind hunting, but only wants to go once or twice a year. Not one nagging to go every time. Thats too much.

That's awesome, glad it went well, I brought my wife twice before we were married. Saw deer on both hunts, but I apologized to my dad for kicking my feet, moving, and making noise as a kid as soon as we made it back to the camp.

Before this season my wife was with me every hunt. She loves bow hunting. She's killed about 5 or so. It's actually awesome in my opinion cuz I can hunt every chance I get without getting any back talk. We had our first child so my hunting has been much less and hers almost non existent. She even let's me book out of state hunts as long as she can come. To each his own though. It is nice just having a drunk guys weekend

Yeah, I'm going to do the hobbies I love, period. Why bitch, I'm going anyway. I work hard and anyone who says they love me will smile when I'm happy. Especially ducks and geese which lasts a whole 60 days.
Mrs is certainly invited on the element friendly days.
