My gut tells me we have 5% chance of landing Green. And a 0% chance of doing in a 2 team deal.

Ill also say that Green needs to be coming off the bench if we get him.

True, but both are on minimum deals. I guess it's Benson's call money-wise, but is it worth keeping the guaranteed contract out of the two, even though he isn't the better player. Plus, as we've seen, non-guaranteed can be good trade assets.

Celtics are blowing it up. We aren't giving Ryno or Reke for Green. They will have zero interest in Gordon. The other 3 are untouchable.

The frick.

A team with no legit NBA SF trades for a very legit NBA SF...have him on the bench. Makes sense!

But no, he would start, instantly.

Well Evans plays the 2. Do you start Rivers in that case? Im not sure thats necessary.

I think

Jrue
Tyreke
Cunningham
AD
Asik

and

Rivers
EG
Green
Ryno
Withey

With a side order of Babbit

is the best option. But i could get behind other lineups

Only 1 3 point shooter in this lineup. It'd be terrible for Tyreke.

YOU DONT SAY THAT!

I just like for my lineups to have a good balance of defense and offense. I want scoring off the bench. Green would get most minutes with the "starters" obviously.

Fine...i take it back. Ive seen the error of my ways.

Gordon fits in there at the 2 for me

Jrue
Gordon
Green
Davis
Asik

Evans
Rivers
Cunningham/Babbit
Anderson
Withey/Anjica

Obviously our best 7 or 8 players would allow us to mix and match

Green is a solid 3 pt shooter

Jrue
Reke
Green
AD
Asik

Gordon
Rivers
Cunningham
Anderson

can all be rotated in

I know this shite isn't happening. I know that IF we are freeing up a roster spot, its to pick up a minor player or a Nelson.

So I'm not getting my hopes up too high.

But if we got Jeff Green, man...that would be awesome. Jrue and Tyreke at the Guards, Green on the wing, AD/Asik/Anderson at the bigs. Hell Green could play some PF too. With Gordon and Cunningham off the bench.

Damn. That lineup is so legit.

Yap. Evans needs to run the 2nd unit with Ryno.

I'd have Tyreke off the bench too. I really like the way he and Anderson play together

Evans is shooting like sub 30% on every shot except for layup and dunks. He should not be anywhere close to a position that has "shooting" in it's name

The dude is a great facilitator and is at his best controlling the game with the ball in his hands. It seems when we acquired him, he was thought to be that guy coming off the bench running shite. He can still get his 30+ minutes a night

This lineup make sense. But Gordon is so fragile and coming off of injury all the time, and Evans pouted about coming off the bench last year.

That's why I "start" Evans and have Gordon come off the bench.

But I would stagger the minutes so Evans comes out of the lineup early (unless he's just hot, you have to feel the game), Gordon comes in, and then Evans comes back to start the 2nd with the backups.
