Liquid cooled, must have an issue. I kind of want to just kill this computer, its almost four now.
Seems way too hot to me.
Like the cooling is dead or something, all four chasis fans are on.
I looked inside and there is so much dust it looks like a cat is living in there or something.

Turned it off, but is it probably dead now?

Cleaning out the dust and changing the thermal paste might help. Does it always run that hot or just under load?
ETA: And is it overclocked?

First the thermal thresholds are determined by the CPU you have. Different temps are acceptable for different chips. Also I believe you are supposed to reseat the heat sink every few years with new thermal paste. My old standby as always been Arctic silver 5, but there may be something better now.

Not a desktop CPU I can think of where 91C wouldn't be a problem, though.

I bet your pump failed. Bad thermal paste wouldn't do this to what I assume are idle temps.
