The corn idea is fricking awesome though.

I might even put a feeder up on the edge slinging it into the pond, you know, for the fish. Put a camera up facing the feeder. Worst thing that can happen is you get pictures of someone stealing your feeder.

How does a blind restrict others use? A blind is just there. If you spend money to combine materials and leave the masterpiece on public land, it does not make the blind yours and yours alone. Sure you worked on it, but you can't be mad when someone else gets in it when you are not there. It's public property.

Better be careful how close you put it out to where you hunt. I'm pretty sure hunting over bait extends beyond the immediate area the bait is placed.

These two are your best option. Make sure the camera sends you a text with the pic that way you got em no matter what.

Try that on Catahoula Lake, they will burn the blind with you in it.

True. As a youngster, my FIL found out that "ignorance" to the baited area is not an acceptable excuse.

If I got to Clyde Tiptons blind at 2am and he shows up at 4am, all he can do is threaten me with a country arse whoopin.

That's right.

I would suggest saying things like, "If you enter this blind with us we will be in fear of our lives and will do whatever is necessary to protect our lives."

Everybody knows, that's the P.C. 2014 version of, "Take one more step and I'll blow your black (face paint) arse away..."

I've been in a tussle in a 14 ft. jon boat. It's comparable to roller skating on ice.

I'm pretty sure they used private property laws to convict the guys who were burning blinds out there a few years back. I don't understand how they could that, but either way those guys had it coming The blind burning was just the final straw

even worse, get shot over it. screw that.

sadly, if the sheriff won't enforce trespassing, maybe you can figure out who is hunting it and sue them for injunctive relief.

I would get the boat numbers get the name and have your lawyer send them a letter. If that doesn't work I would take them to court someone screwing with my ducks is a BIG BIG deal to me, right up there with fooling with my wife.
