I don't see him ever leaving TCU for another job

He is a Bill Snyder disciple(who has been loyal to Kansas State all these years) and his wife loves Fort Worth too much

Genius coach went 4-8 in that weak conference last year.

Les is going to retire at LSU. But even if Les manages to go 0fer in sec play next year and gets canned, patterson aint coming here. People seem to be delusional thinking Baton Rouge is some great destination.

The same people who say this, are people that constantly talk shite about BR and how much of a shite hole it is when talking about other cities in LA. Yet they think we can hire any body to come to this great city. Louisiana people really are one of a kind.

He will never leave TCU. He is making way more money in his oil field deals than he is coaching.

He had to adjust TCU to a Power 5 conference. This season will be the norm for TCU under Patterson in the Big XII, imo.

You aren't familiar with the Les Miles fans. They don't apply logic to other coaches.

True. But was also smart enough to recognize that he needed to change his offensive approach to compete in the Big 12. In one year he takes a 4-8 team with a horrible QB and turns them into a (at this point) 10-1 offensive juggernaut with the same guy at QB

EDT: There's no reason for him to come to a place like LSU. He can accomplish everything he wants at TCU

This is the only thing I'm curious about.

It's going to be interesting if TCU gets left out of the playoffs this year.
