After Thanksgiving, I did not rest. My body continued to want alcohol and calories. I went into the office Friday morning to get some shite out of the way, since the office was closed. I love working when no one is around.

After lunch, I decided to call it a day and go meet the ladies at Superior Grill. I'm not sure what drives the girls nuts for their margaritas, but I'm not complaining when they get white girl wasted. I grabbed a few double Beams and snacked on some free chips and salsa. The first Beam had too much Diet Coke in it. The second one was perfect.

After that, I dropped the car off and started to walk to The Other Bar. I was meeting Glass there prior to go tailgating. He's a good dude. We both grabbed a double Beam.

After bullshitting and talking shite for a while, we got another round. I went with a tall boy and a shot of Bench Mark.

I think Glass had some fancy plans to attend to so we parted ways. I grabbed a bottle of Beam and walked to the tailgate. I love when they wrap shite in black plastic bags. It makes me feel like I'm walking around with a bunch of porn.

Newman was taking on Catholic New Iberia. In order for Newman to remain in the game, we realized we would have to get drunk and get loud. My homeboys, dad and I were doing our best to get wasted. We were even playing a few slow jams.

After pounding a few drinks, I walked into the game to grab some seats with my mom. My dad stumbled in later and I had to keep an eye on him. He and I are both rowdy dudes, and high school football is a very passionate subject. Newman took a lead and Iberia's fans were not pleased. One little shite said something to the effect that they would beat our "white asses." My dad quipped back, "Hey retard, you are white." I laughed.

At the half, I grabbed a pulled pork sandwich and returned to pound more booze. However, our efforts could not stop Iberia's strong wing-t offense. Good try, good effort.

After the game, I met the ladies a Public House. After a couple drinks, we decided to grab some food to sober us a little. We grabbed some Liberty. That shite hit the spot, and I could not get enough of the garlic mayo. This was the first time I had dined in the establishment. What was I thinking in ordering the fries and Whiz to take home on my prior visits? Those things are legit, and they taste a lot better hot from the fryer.

After eating, I put my friend in a cab and walked home with the little lady. I think a tree branch attacked her on our walk. She woke up with a scratch across her forehead.

When I woke up, I showered and cabbed it to Finn McCool's to watch some rugby. Glass was there watching some soccer shite, and busbeepbeep met me for some Jameson.

Again my first drink had too much Diet Coke. The remaining 4 drinks were fine.

We watched England beat Australia. It was a good match. I grabbed another round before parting ways.

After Finn's, I grabbed a cab to head to Fan Fest for the Bayou Classic. The weather was great and the crowd was very friendly. I grabbed a Jack Daniel's on the rocks and took in some of the music.

5th Ward Weebie even dropped a new song. It was a bounce song about fricking in the drive thru, I think.

After that marvelous performance, I walked around the food and craft tents around Poydras. They had plenty of fried foods to choose from. A lot of entrepreneurs also set up to sell some authentic team regalia. Most of the food vendors were giving away free samples. After tasting several items, I decided to grab a mango daiquiri, fried fish and some fried oreos.

I think the daiquiri made me look like I didn't belong. The Oreo was decent, and the fish was pretty good. It was crispy and tasted like it had been fried with the same grease used to fry pork chops.

After a couple hours, I cabbed home to grab the lady to head to her parents to eat leftovers. I also grabbed some decent bourbon and pecan pie.

After our lunch, we ran to meet my bro. His daughter was playing in the fridge. I think she'll take after me.
