What would North America be like today had the American Indians been left alone?

Europeans stayed home and the Natives been left to their own devices way back when. What would the continent be like today?

There would be no INdians because as someone said earlier, whites were coming and if it had not been for reservations (which is wrong btw) I think the Indian population would have been wiped out completely.
