Want to give my daughter a gift cert/card for a nice restaurant in Dallas (or Fort Worth).

Looking for probably $100-120 range.

Ruth Chris or Pappas would be two that I would like. One for Pappas can be used at any of their various types of restaurants.

Looks promising!

Plano-Thanks for the ideas. They've been to those places in other cities, so looking for something a little more unique to Dallas.

Pappas Bros Steakhouse (only in Houston and Dallas). Been t Dallas location, very very very good. Javier's also good. We went to both the week we were in Dallas. I think Pappas was better.

What does that have to do with anything relevant to this thread?

Perry's, Nick and Sams, and Capital Grille

Can't go wrong with Pappa's either.

All the suggestions are good but boring....cept Javier's which most dallas people consider a see n be seen place with average food.

I would suggest FT33, San Salvaje, Boulevardier, Bolsa, Neighborhood Services, Tei-Ann, Oak, Hibiscus.....many other places

Here's a TD restaurant thread that might give you some ideas.

The recommendations in this thread are good, too. I'd throw in iii Forks and Roy's.

Wow just so wrong. The ethnic food you can get in ATL is top 5 in the US. Dallas doesn't even have a korean BBQ place worth a shite. Regardless houston is better than both FWIW*
