Sounds good. Is bourbon vegan?

Chicken breast strips with smoked paprika and peppers. Lots of beer prior and lots of cabernet during and after.

Donald Link's smothered pork roast. Local grocery had butt on sale for $1.59. Pick up 2 @ 10# each, gonna smoke the other tomorrow.

Reverse Sear.

2.5" thick boneless ribeye.


Took almost an hour at 250 degrees to get this guy up to 115 degree internal.


Smokin' hot...
