Different hoax for different folks.

Faith is belief in the absence of evidence. How is liberals' faith in climate change different from conservatives' faith in God?
It pleases me to see that you and I agree:
LibTurds' belief in man-made climate change is their Religion based on pure faith.

Why do most progressives embrace and have faith in the quasi=religion of "climate change" but are dismissive towards actual religion which does not pretend to be scientifically based or supported by evidence?

Ice ages come and go
Mt Everest is made of marine shale at the summit
Middle East deserts used to be green and lush with life
Things change a lot without human causes

exactly
Religion by definition is irrational. It demands irrational thought from its participants.
Science demands rational thought.
Without solid proof of its theories, AGW is stretching itself into religious territory.
But all the while it is Grubering us by telling us that it is still science.

There are religions that believe you have to sacrifice to an angry and malevolent higher power or suffer. We must raise taxes to pay for climate change!

Why do liberals believe in abortion when clearly a baby can been seen in an ultrasound? #lackofevidence

Why do most conservatives embrace a lack of evidence re: climate change but not religion?
Climate change, otoh, is going every taxpayer big time if man-made climate change doctrine gets enshrined in our laws. And you're going to pay whether you believe in man-made climate change or not.
That's one reason why.

Many conservatives view religion as a faith.
Liberals view climate change as his/her faith -- only in more of a cultish manner.

Also after years of studying human movement, genetics and now medicine you can not convince me that the intrinsicies of life just happened on their own.

You can't let facts get in the way of a propaganda machine produced from fairy tales and lies because the people for "hope and climate change" don't like it when facts come into the discussion.

My God. You can't tell the difference faith and numbers?

People who believe in the God of the bible or Koran are such rubes

I think most people who are religious view it as faith. Kind of a core issue.

As a bonafide God worshiper, I believe that the Earth is surely affected by humanity. The environment for sure, if not the temperature. The former deserves a lot more of the attention that the climate change meme gets. The availability of fresh water - in the near future - will be far more problematic that a hotter climate.
Re Faith and empirical evidence/facts...it's there; but only if one truly puts in the labor to understand the concepts. Or more so (like Pimp points out) if one's DNA inclines one to be interested in that aspect of life. Plenty of good books on Quantum Physics, and how it ultimately comes down to subjective belief. And how Consciousness is likely to be the essence of Matter and Energy...and not the product of the two.
We all shape our character, and to a great degree, our Spiritual Reality as well. It'll be common knowledge in the future; at least to them who so choose to believe. William James covered the subject of Belief quite eloquently ("The Will to Believe". If one don't believe...stuff won't exist. Love comes to mind. Beauty too.
And the Good Book states clearly..."He that seeks to know God...must FIRST BELIEVE that He exists".
To each their own.
