Mondays off would be best since plenty of people have/take Friday off or take off early - thus crowds, traffic etc if you try to do anything on Friday.
Plus, as mentioned, Fridays tend to be quieter at the office.
Mondays off would make Sundays that much more relaxing...

I like working Fridays because it's the end of the week and the weekend follows. No one likes Mondays.

I'd say Monday just because it would give me a day to rest my hangover from football on Sunday. It can be brutal sometimes

Ive had both, prefer Fridays. Lived in stl and was able to use the Friday off to drive down to Baton Rouge for the lsu games, instead of driving down Friday evenings. Also can go out to bars thursday nights, which are better than sunday nights

I have Mondays off now, and I dig it. Of course, I work the weekend, so it's not like a bonus day. I like having abnormal days off, because I'm a curmudgeon and don't have to wait in lines or crowds for anything.
