I'll also be surprised if Riverside puts up much of a fight against Calvary

the team that is averaging almost 60PPG wont put up a fight?

I can attest... you know how defensive guys are when they become head coaches... their offenses get conservative

eventually that Hahnville defense will become what EJ's was last year, but not yet

I love you guys who think riverside and Newman, just because they average 60 points in district, are great teams. Calvary is on such a different level it's unreal. Check out Ken Ramsey and look at riverside and newmans opponents records this year......something like 37-63......points and stats are easy to come by against bad teams.

I think riverside is probably very good, but they are probably a distant 3rd behind Calvary and CHNI

Its Calvary and CHSNi then a bunch of teams playing for 3rd

Riverside and Newman would not come within 21 pts of either Calvary or CHSNI

One good outcome of the split is that the top class of the private school division is full of good matchups this early.

If Patterson is healthy and mobile, no one will stay close to them. They beat WM with him dragging his leg.

Having seen Riverside's team, they are the real deal. Rarely do the starters play into the 3rd Quarter. Since they can take kids from anywhere and with Bill Stubbs coaching them they are getting some real talent. They can compete with many of the larger schools in the area.

have you seen Riverside play? I havent seen Calvary play but Riverside is the best offense ive seen of any team this year. Game would be a legit shootout, i dont think they can run over that team. Newman, i dont give a shite about. They are decent but riverside blew them out
