I've fallen in love with hatch chiles. I sautéed some up with some chicken and made tacos that gave me a boner.

Make a new mexico green sauce with them. You'll ejaculate.

1T olive oil
1/2 c chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1T flour
1 c chicken stock
1 c chopped green chile
(roasted, peeled, seeded)-if you have hot ones you may want to go 1/2 cup unless you like fire.
3/4 t cumin
salt to taste

If the sauce is too spicy hot, you can stir in tomato sauce 1 T tbls at a time until you get it down to what you like.
